The modern world requires government agencies to interact effectively with the population. As part of my thesis I researched the processes of interaction between the Russian Embassy in Israel and the population and proposed ways to improve them.

The analysis of documents, interviews with Embassy employees and a survey of the population showed that the processes of interaction are not always effective. One of the main reasons for this is the insufficient use of modern information and communication technologies.

The following ways to improve the interaction processes were proposed: creating an online platform for applying for consular services, increasing the number of newsletters and updating the Embassy's website. However, for the successful implementation of these proposals the support of the Embassy leadership and additional resources are needed.

The development of electronic services in government agencies is an important area that allows to reduce bureaucratic barriers and increase the level of public satisfaction with public services.

My thesis has shown that improving the processes of interaction between public authorities and the population is an important step in improving the quality of public services. However, these changes need to be implemented step by step, providing support from the leadership and attracting additional resources.

In implementing the proposed ways to improve interaction between the Russian Embassy in Israel and the population, the following obstacles may arise:

1. Lack of funding. The implementation of the proposed ways of improvement may require additional financial expenses for updating the website, creating an online platform and other measures. If resources are not allocated sufficiently, this could lead to a slowdown in implementation.

2. lack of management support. If the leadership of the Russian Embassy in Israel will not support the proposed ways of improvement, it can significantly hamper their implementation. Without the support of the management, Embassy staff may not have sufficient resources to implement the necessary changes in the work.

3. the low level of computer literacy among the population. The creation of an online platform may face the problem of low levels of computer literacy in the population. Sufficient information and assistance will need to be provided to the public to enable them to use the new electronic services in order for this measure to be successful.

In today's world, interaction between public authorities and the population is one of the main tasks of the state. Providing effective and convenient access of citizens to public services and solving their problems related to obtaining necessary information, consultations and consular services is becoming more and more urgent. To effectively address this problem, it is necessary to improve the processes of interaction between public authorities and the population.

The purpose of this article is to review the processes of interaction of the Russian Embassy in Israel with the population and to suggest ways to improve them.

The object of the research are the processes of interaction of the Russian Embassy in Israel with the population.

Objectives of the research:

1. To consider the main problems of interaction of the Russian Embassy in Israel with the population.

2) To study the experience of other states in solving the problems of interaction of government agencies with the population.

3. To propose ways to improve the interaction of the Russian Embassy in Israel with the population.

To achieve the set tasks several research methods were used, including data analysis, population survey, comparative analysis of the experience of other states.

The main problems of interaction of the Russian Embassy in Israel with the population, identified during the study, include:

1. limited access to consular services due to an insufficient number of consular staff

2. Insufficient use of new information technologies to ensure effective interaction with the public

3. The low level of computer literacy among the population.

4. Lack of an online platform for applying for consular services.

To eliminate these problems, the following ways to improve interaction were suggested:

1. Increasing the number of consular staff to reduce queues for consular services.

2. Creation of an online platform for applying for consular services.

3. Increasing the number of newsletters to raise public awareness. 4.

4. Updating the website of the Russian Embassy in Israel.
